As a general guideline, we offer limited support for scripts available through Softaculous and website development. If your support request is related to advanced script features and troubleshooting, you have the option to hire a Systems Administrator to investigate the issue on your behalf. If, for any reason, we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to provide a refund for the administrative fee or apply a credit to your account.
