Data Centre Connectivity Issue

Network engineers at MTN Data Centre in Gallo Manor are attending to an outage affecting all hosted services.

We are seeing service levels returning back to normal at this time.

Monitors are still in place to make sure the issue is 100% resolved.

We will be performing a major update on our DNS Manager from Sunday 28 July 2013 until Tuesday 30 July 2013. The DNS Management tool will be unavailable during this time. The changes include a complete overall of the core which will fix many previous deficiencies and page load issues. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

We experienced an issue with our Credit Card Gateway during the night and this morning.

Our developers have attended to this issue with FNB and transactions are processed normally at this time.
