Our backup service is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for making their own backups of web content and emails. Clients must make their own backups for extra security.

Our backup service runs once a week, on a random day over weekends.  Only the latest (i.e. last 7 days) backups are retained.

We do not retain backups for unpaid/suspended/terminated/cancelled hosted services.

Our system is configured to only backup accounts UNDER 10 GB.  If your account quota is over 10 GB your account will not be backed up by us.  You can however create your own backups via cPanel -> Backup Wizzard
