Jun 28th Telephone Help Desk Upgrade
We are currently in the process of upgrading our telephone help desk.
Clients are advised to temporarily make use of our ticket support system:
Jan 21st Seacom undersea cable fault
Upstream provider Seacom is currently investigating an issue affecting its undersea cable network.
Updates on this issue will be posted as soon as we receive more information.
Jan 9th EOL PHP 5.4
PHP 5.4 has reached its "End of Life" status with the developers of PHP.
End of Life means that improvements and security patches will no longer be provided for the software.
As a result of the EOL of PHP 5.4 we will be upgrading all our production servers to PHP 5.5
Oct 12th Telephone system upgrade
Dear Register Domain SA Clients,
We are in the process of upgrading our telephone systems.
Customers may experience issues making use of telephonic support during the course of today (13 October 2015).

Jul 8th Cash Deposit Fees
As of 1 July 2015 our banking institution (FNB) increased it's Cash Desposit Fees to R30 per transaction.
As a result we have changed our system to add a R30 Service Fee to all Cash Deposit orders.
We urge customers to rather make use of Credit Card or EFT Payments.

Over the last few weeks we received hundreds of requests to run another promotion on Geographic TLDs.
Due to the overwhelming interest we have decided to keep the gTLD's steady at R275 per domain per year for the time being :)

In a very busy morning we have just reached 100 registrations.
