Feb 10th New Feature: Order Closed Redemption Domains

We've added the functionality to renew Closed Redemption .ZA domain names directly from the My Account area on our website.

Closed Redemption ordering will take place via the normal Domain Renewal link in My Account.

Jan 13th NEW! Internal Domain Transfer System

We've launched our brand new Internal Domain Transfer System.  This tool can be used to transfer domain names, already registered on our network, from one Register Domain SA client to another.  The IDTS can be accessed by logging into the My Account area on our website, then from the "Domains" top menu, click on "Internal Domain Transfer".

Jul 4th Cash Deposit Fee Increase

As of 1 July 2016 our banking institution (FNB) increased it's Cash Desposit Fees to R40 per transaction.

As a result we have changed our system to add a R40 Service Fee to all Cash Deposit orders.

We urge customers to rather make use of Credit Card or EFT Payments.

Jan 21st Seacom undersea cable fault

Upstream provider Seacom is currently investigating an issue affecting its undersea cable network.

Updates on this issue will be posted as soon as we receive more information.

Jan 9th EOL PHP 5.4

PHP 5.4 has reached its "End of Life" status with the developers of PHP.

End of Life means that improvements and security patches will no longer be provided for the software.

As a result of the EOL of PHP 5.4 we will be upgrading all our production servers to PHP 5.5

Oct 12th Telephone system upgrade
